Anthracite filter media is made of high-quality raw coal, which is selected, crushed, and screened twice. It has a good glossy appearance, is spherical, has high mechanical strength, good compressive resistance, stable chemical properties, does not contain toxic substances, is wear-resistant, and is insoluble in acidic, neutral, and alkaline water. In addition, the surface of anthracite particles is rough, has good adsorption capacity, large porosity (≥52%), and has a high pollution holding capacity. Due to its light weight, the required backwashing intensity is low, which can save a lot of backwashing water and electricity.
Anthracite filter media is the best filter material commonly used. It has a wide range of uses and a wide range of applications. Anthracite filter media is usually packaged in durable fabric bags with a net weight of 30kg. During transportation and storage, attention should be paid to preventing moisture and rain.
